No Return Policy

All services provided by MY SMB HUB, including free listing spaces and paid promotional packages, are digital in nature. As such, they cannot be returned once delivered or activated.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any paid services, including but not limited to:

  • Listing promotion packages.

  • Additional digital marketing services provided through MY SMB HUB.

This policy is in place because:

  • Promotional services are customized and tailored to individual client needs.

  • The value of the service is derived immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed.

Pre-Purchase Guidelines

To ensure clarity and satisfaction:

  • Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the details of promotional packages, including features and timelines, before making a purchase.

  • Our team is available to answer any questions or provide additional information to help clients make informed decisions.

Exceptions

Refunds or adjustments may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A technical error or fault on our platform prevents the activation or delivery of the purchased service.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase, and our team verifies the claim as valid.

Please note that exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of MY SMB HUB (as part of Digtrix LLP) will be final.
