Free Listing Policy

Businesses can list their products or services on MY SMB HUB at no cost. Free listings are subject to approval by our team to ensure compliance with our platform’s guidelines.

Listing Promotion and Payment Policy

For enhanced visibility, businesses can opt for paid promotional packages. These packages include features such as:

• Additional marketing campaigns.

All promotional packages must be paid for in advance. Detailed payment schedules and terms will be outlined at the time of purchase. No refunds are provided once a promotional package has been activated.

No Refund Policy

Delivery of Services

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any private or proprietary information without consent, except as required by law. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by MY SMB HUB, including platform features or promotional strategies.

Limitation of Liability

MY SMB HUB (as a part of Digtrix LLP) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that led to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, as listing visibility and promotion depend on various factors beyond our control.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the use of promotional services with written notice. However, any fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to meet their responsibilities, violates these Terms, or fails to adhere to payment terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Relationship to Main Company

MY SMB HUB operates as a business unit of Digtrix LLP and does not have separate legal standing. All legal contracts, payments, and obligations are managed by Digtrix LLP. Any legal disputes, claims, or inquiries related to MY SMB HUB are to be directed to Digtrix LLP as the parent entity.
